• Qube Research & Technologies (QRT) is a global quantitative and systematic investment manager operating across liquid asset classes and markets worldwide. Our approach to investing is scientific: we bring together data, research, technology and trading expertise to develop and run systematic strategies.
• Central functions underpin QRT’s global investment business, providing the expertise, infrastructure and operational support essential to our research, trading and technology teams. Working in close partnership with colleagues across the firm, these teams manage core business processes, maintain effective controls and ensure the business has the resources and support it needs to operate efficiently. Their work helps QRT navigate the demands of a complex global organisation, meet its obligations and build the foundations for continued growth.
• Our internships are designed to give students meaningful experience of that work. You’ll join a team, contribute to real projects and learn from engineers, researchers and traders working on live problems. The environment is technical, collaborative and demanding, with plenty of scope to ask questions, test ideas and take ownership. Strong performance during the internship may lead to consideration for a full-time graduate role.
• Throughout the recruitment process, we will work to align your skills, interests, and potential with the teams where you can make the greatest impact.
• As a Surveillance Intern, you will join QRT’s Compliance department in London and gain practical experience monitoring trading activity across global markets. You will work closely with Compliance Advisory, Risk, Trading and Technology teams to help identify potential market abuse or disorderly trading, improve surveillance processes and support QRT’s regulatory obligations.
