Lead technical marketing strategy and partnerships for post-quantum security solutions to drive sales and industry leadership.
Обязанности
- is looking for a VP of Technical Marketing to make the technology and the brand the industry thinks of first for post-quantum security.
- You will be the commercial team's technical voice in the market. You'll build the solutions and partnerships that help our sales team grow the pipeline, develop the semiconductor ecosystem around our IP, and lead technical thought leadership with customers, partners, standards bodies, and industry analysts.
- Since NIST published its first post-quantum cryptography (PQC) standards, which the team co-authored, semiconductor companies, OEMs, and system builders across automotive, defense, industrial IoT, networking, and enterprise face a hard and urgent transition. This role puts at the center of that transition — through the partners who build with our IP, the solutions customers deploy, and the industry relationships that shape how the market moves.
- This is a senior role for someone who combines a security IP background with deep industry relationships, and who knows how to turn both into revenue.
- Build solutions that grow pipeline: Create reference solutions, joint offerings, and use-case packages that give sales clear, repeatable ways into accounts. Combine PQPlatform, PQPerform, PQCryptoLib, and PQMicroLib with partner technology into solutions customers can adopt quickly.
- Develop the semiconductor ecosystem: Build and manage relationships with semiconductor suppliers, foundries, EDA and IP partners, processor and security-subsystem providers, and design services firms. Make IP the default choice for PQC in their roadmaps, reference designs, and platforms.
- Drive partnerships that create demand: Identify, structure, and launch technical partnerships that open new markets and channels. Own the technical case for each partnership and ensure it produces pipeline, not just announcements.
- Lead technical thought leadership: Be the senior technical voice of the commercial team. Speak at industry conferences, brief analysts and press, author white papers and technical articles, and represent in standards and industry forums.
- Use industry relationships to build the brand: Leverage your network across semiconductors, security, and system OEMs to establish as the key technology and brand for post-quantum security.
- Arm the commercial team technically: Give sales, FAEs, and partners the technical narratives, architectures, competitive positioning, and solution content they need to win complex, multi-stakeholder deals with engineers, architects, and executives.
- Shape the market narrative: Define how the industry thinks about the post-quantum transition, cryptographic agility, side-channel and fault-injection protection, and certification (FIPS 140-3, SESIP, Common Criteria, ISO 26262) — and where fits.
- Lead technical launches: Plan and deliver the technical go-to-market for new products, certifications, reference designs, and partner integrations.
- Bring the market back in: Feed customer, partner, and competitive insight into product and engineering so our roadmap stays ahead of where the market is heading.
- Build the team: Hire and lead a technical marketing team as the role scales.
- We will measure this role on the following deliverables:
- Reference designs: Deliver 2 reference designs on widely used MCUs or SoCs, built with silicon partners and used in active sales opportunities.
- Semiconductor ecosystem: Sign 5 ecosystem partners, such as silicon vendors, EDA and IP partners, or design services firms, that include IP in their roadmaps, reference designs or platforms.
- Joint roadmap meetings and OEM requirements: Run 10 joint roadmap meetings that bring together an OEM, its silicon supplier and , and secure 5 OEM letters or RFQs that ask silicon suppliers for PQC capability.
- Partner-sourced pipeline: Create identifiable silicon pipeline from ecosystem partners and joint roadmap meetings, tagged as influenced in CRM, that contributes to the company goals of 3x pipeline coverage and 15 design wins in 2027.
- Solutions: Launch 3 solution packages that combine products with partner technology for priority use cases, each with a reference architecture, a solution brief and a demo.
- Thought leadership: Deliver 6 conference talks or analyst briefings and 4 technical white papers or articles, and represent in at least one standards or industry working group.
- Market insight: Deliver a quarterly report to product and engineering on partner, customer and competitive requirements.
Требования
- We're looking for a senior technical marketing leader with a security IP background, a strong industry network, and a track record of turning partnerships and technical credibility into revenue.
- 12+ years in semiconductor IP, security, or embedded technology, with at least 5 years in technical marketing, solutions, business development, or ecosystem leadership roles.
- A background in security IP — for example, hardware security modules, root of trust, secure enclaves, cryptographic accelerators, or embedded security software.
- Established relationships across semiconductor suppliers, IP and EDA vendors, system OEMs, and the security industry that you can use to open doors and build 's position.
- A proven record of building ecosystem programs and partnerships that measurably grew pipeline and revenue.
- Credibility as a technical thought leader: experience speaking at industry events, writing for technical audiences, and engaging analysts, press, and standards bodies.
- Ability to work in depth with cryptographers and engineers, and to explain complex security technology to engineers, architects, CISOs, CTOs, and business executives.
- A strong commercial mindset: you measure success by pipeline, design wins, and revenue.
- Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in semiconductor or OEM markets.
- Comfortable building in a fast-moving company where the market narrative is still being written.
