- Build interview frameworks, talent strategies, episode formats, capture plans and deliverable matrices.
- Lead complex programs from early development through final delivery.
- Set up workstreams, owners, decision points and creative review milestones.
- Choose appropriate internal capabilities, external partners and production approaches per project.
- Anticipate risks and solve problems to protect brief, timeline, and final work quality.
- Direct and protect the central narrative during development and production.
- Provide clear, decisive feedback on scripts, story structures, interview plans, rough cuts, and other content.

- 8+ years of experience in integrated content, editorial development, media, brand content, content studios, entertainment, journalism or production.

- Ability to work well with executives and subject-matter experts, extracting best results on camera and on the page.
- Experience directing agencies, production companies, writers, designers and filmmakers.
