Recruiter role for a fast-growing international fintech company expanding into Latin America, focused on hiring Sales, Retention, and Customer Support roles.

Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle recruitment, from intake to signed offer and onboarding handover
- Lead high-volume hiring for Sales, Retention and Customer Support teams (mainly LatAm)
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, communities, referrals and talent pools
- Screen candidates, run structured interviews and assess test tasks
- Work closely with hiring managers on role profiles, scorecards and hiring plans
- Work with agencies, BPO partners and outstaff providers
- Keep the ATS up to date and track hiring metrics
- Improve recruitment processes, templates and candidate experience
Requirements
- Spanish – fluent / native (required)
- Portuguese – a strong plus
- English B2+
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Boolean search, direct outreach)
- Experience with an ATS and a data-driven approach to the hiring funnel
- Comfortable working remotely in an international team across time zones or office work (Limassol) is also an option
