Experienced IT Lead / Senior System Administrator needed to manage and improve internal IT infrastructure and operations at a growing international fintech company based in Limassol, Cyprus.

Responsibilities
- Manage corporate IT infrastructure, networks, VPNs and office systems
- Administer Google Workspace, Slack, Notion and other SaaS platforms
- Handle employee onboarding/offboarding, IT support and access management
- Oversee endpoint management, MDM solutions and device security
- Implement IT security policies, MFA, SSO and access controls
- Manage IT assets, software licenses, vendors and documentation
- Improve and automate internal IT processes
Requirements
- Strong background in System Administration / IT Operations
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, MDM, VPNs and corporate networks
- Solid understanding of IT security best practices
- Experience managing SaaS tools and user access
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of IT operations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
