At , we strongly believe that successful people possess two traits: (1) agency, (2) ruthless prioritization. You must be able to will things into existence, move quickly, and know which opportunities actually matter.
For this role, we want evidence that you have personally grown something from zero: a community, a product, an audience, an event program, or an organic acquisition channel. You should be an excellent writer, comfortable talking to strangers, analytically rigorous, and technical enough to use AI tools and product analytics without hand-holding.
We care about obsession and proof of work. Show us a scrappy experiment you ran, what you did yourself, and the measurable result. If you prefer planning campaigns to executing them, this role is not a fit.

SEO and GEO. Maintain and improve our existing SEO/GEO systems.
Creative growth and events. Come up with and execute unconventional campaigns, conference activations, hackathons, and community events. We want someone who can take an interesting idea and make it happen quickly.
Growth experimentation. Track user behavior and measure what actually drives signups and conversion. Develop repeatable playbooks for channels that work, and
All ambitious ideas come with a clock. We are in a rush to build a generational company. If you don’t feel this rush, this may not be the best fit for you.
