Lead country launch operations including setup, regulatory handling, hiring and managing local teams for insurance market expansion.

is vertically integrating the entire insurance industry. We design, underwrite, price, and issue insurance directly – no brokers, no third-party administrators. Insurance is the largest unautomated industry in financial services, and we're rebuilding it from the ground up using AI. We've raised over $400M from Kindred, TCV, and others to do so.
Building something great requires working hard. We are in the office 7 days a week. We have a meritocratic culture with very high standards. If you don't meet them, you'll get cut. But if you deliver, you have unlimited scope to grow.
We're hiring one country launcher per market. You'll spend your first months in London embedded with the launcher team and then go launch your office in your respective country. You'll be the first employee on the ground, hire your sales teams, deal with the local regulator, and start selling insurance. Comp will be directly tied to your office’s performance.
