Looking for a Data Product Lead to own the direction and output of LI.FI's Data team, combining hands-on analytics and product thinking to drive business decisions and lead the team remotely within the EMEA region.

Responsibilities
- Own the Data team's priorities, intake, and triage; run team rituals including planning, reviews, and workshops.
- Perform hands-on analytics: deep-dives, dashboards, business cases, and recommendations for decisions, including inputs for weekly report and Monthly Business Review.
- Partner with Product Managers to embed tracking and success metrics into PRDs and align data roadmap with product roadmaps.
- Translate business questions from stakeholders into clear specs, metric definitions, and acceptance criteria.
- Act as the quality gate on analyses, dashboards, and datasets before delivery to stakeholders.
- Coach and develop the Data team on problem framing, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Partner with the Data Tech Lead to co-own roadmap ensuring infrastructure meets business needs.
Requirements
- 6+ years in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data product work with leadership experience for a small team.
- Expert SQL skills for independent data validation and challenge.
- Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools such as Omni, Superset, or similar.
- Strong business and product mindset to identify revenue, pricing, or growth opportunities.
- Technical depth to partner with data engineers on warehouse design, pipelines, data models, and trade-offs.
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills across product, engineering, finance, BD, and C-suite.
- Strong data storytelling suited for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience or deep understanding of Crypto/DeFi domain including cross-chain, DEX aggregation, bridges, or wallets.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities and building playbook.
