Responsibilities
- Analyze channel performance to identify which channels acquire paying users and drive conversions.
- Parse, clean, and structure data from multiple sources: product, marketing, and payments.
- Own ETL processes.
- Reconcile numbers across Sheets, dashboards, and analytics tools.
Requirements
- 2+ years in marketing or performance analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Understand CAC, ROMI, LTV, attribution, and incrementality.
- Experience with ad platforms and tracking tools.
- Assess channel contributions to paying users and conversions.
- Work independently, identify problems, test hypotheses, and translate findings into budget decisions.
- Willingness to work six days per week.
