Responsibilities
- Define and create operational rituals and the technical roadmap for the Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team in ambiguous environments.
- Partner with strategic enterprise customers to map complex L&D workflows and identify AI integration opportunities.
- Design, build, and deploy custom AI agents integrating with customer systems and the Docebo Agent Hub.
- Translate customer insights into platform enhancements and scalable product features.
- Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Shape FDE team culture, rituals, and org design while defining technical roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building, shipping, and maintaining production-grade full-stack software products.
- Prior experience building, fine-tuning, or deploying agentic AI systems and LLM-powered applications in production.
- Strong customer-centric product mindset and ability to engage enterprise stakeholders.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, high ownership from zero to one and making high-stakes decisions with partial information.
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Next.js for frontend and backend development.
- Strong experience with distributed systems architecture, AWS, Kubernetes, and LLM providers.
- Familiar with engineering tools like GitLab, Datadog, OpenTofu, and multi-LLM orchestration tools.
- Ability to rapidly prototype, experiment, and iterate based on customer feedback.

- Hybrid work format with 3 days per week in Toronto office (Tuesday-Thursday) and flexibility remote rest of the week.
- Salary range 150000–200000 CAD per year.
