Staff Product Designer role focused on designing AI-first products in Berlin with relocation support and comprehensive benefits.

At Superhuman, we're on a mission to redefine how people communicate and get work done with AI.

We're designing entirely new interaction patterns around how AI and humans work together through agents, through writing, from fixing your grammar to helping you schedule meetings.
Design zero to one agents. New writing and communication agents, built as AI-first products.
Pioneer new AI design workflows, including starting in code, refining in Figma, and shipping frontend changes back into the codebase.

Design zero to one agents: inventing interaction patterns that don't exist yet rather than applying existing ones.
Work with designers across San Francisco and Europe, learning from experienced teams.
Shape design strategy by bringing user insights, prototyping ideas, and helping build a longer-term roadmap.
Lead and mentor less experienced designers through critique and feedback.

Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma and Claude Design.
Extensive experience designing complex, scalable desktop software (productivity tools, creative or CAD software, developer tools).
Genuine interest in AI technology and practical workflows like reading, writing, and translating with AI-driven prototyping.
Care about language and writing, focusing on sentence structure, tone, and how writing sounds like a person.
Comfortable working with metrics and data-driven design decision-making.
Bonus: experience working directly in code and shipping production PRs.

Hybrid role based in the Berlin hub.
