was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of enabling human life on Mars.
As a welding technical trainer for ground support equipment you will develop, implement, and run the training program that qualifies welders to deliver consistent, flight-critical structural and pipe welds on Starship and Super Heavy launch infrastructure. Working directly with welding teams, build engineering and operations teams, you will turn defined skill requirements into practical, hands-on training that meets quality standards.
