Temporary sushi cook position responsible for food preparation, setup, and station operation in 's culinary team.

- Complete daily prep tasks
- Ensure consistency and compliance with the restaurant’s recipes regarding portioning, cooking, and waste control guidelines
- Provide courteous and informative customer service in an “open kitchen” format
- Follow restaurant guidelines concerning guest services, food and physical safety, maintenance, and equipment/space cleaning requirements at all times
- Maintain a clean and safe workstation
Требования
- 2+ years of experience in the food service industry
- Must be willing to travel to various locations for mission critical projects
- Valid state issued driver's license
- Must be able to work all shifts and available for overtime, weekends and holiday(s) as needed
- Ability to carry large, heavy items unassisted (up to 25lbs)
- Must have the ability to stand for long periods – up to 8-12 hours a day.
- Able to perform frequent bending, stooping, and lifting of objects through entire shift
- To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
