• Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:15pm-5:15pm Locations: Anthony, New Mexico
• The mission of Finni South New Mexico is to support the continuous growth and professional development of all team members, to empower our team members to deliver compassionate and evidence-based ABA therapy to our clients and their families, and to improve access to these ABA services for all individuals who need them.
• As an ABA Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care in-home. You’ll work one-on-one with our patients' families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones.
• Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting
• Collect and record data on child behaviors
• Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst

• What You'll Need
• Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within the field
• Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needs
• Reliable Transportation
• Active CPR certification (Preferred)
• RBT certification: (Preferred but not required)
• This role involves using technology every day, including tablets for real-time data collection, scheduling software, communication platforms, and electronic documentation.
• Experience using technology and software or platforms such as CentralReach, Catalyst, Rethink, or similar data collection systems is a plus!
• Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time
• Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time
• License/Certification:
• CPR Certification (Required)
• RBT certification (Preferred but not required)
• Work Location: In person Must be at least 18 years of age to meet regulatory, background check, and BACB eligibility requirements for behavioral healthcare providers.
