О компании
- is transforming one of the most outdated corners of post-acute care—getting essential medical equipment and supplies into patients' homes. We're the first vertically integrated, AI-powered platform to unite ordering, telehealth, prescriptions, insurance, and fulfillment into one seamless experience. In seconds, case managers and providers can say "yes" to patients who would otherwise wait weeks — while we handle every step behind the scenes. The Role
- We are looking for a Content & Social Media Manager to own our social media channels and build the content engine that will help propel Conduit into the next stage of growth.
- The best fit for this role is someone who is hungry to be a true operator and build a function from the ground up. You'll work directly with senior leadership to help craft the Conduit story and be hands on keyboard executing on that vision. You're comfortable operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- This role reports to the Head of Marketing. It's a hands-on individual contributor role today, with the resources you need to move fast – and a clear path to growing a team around you.
- Excellence, Not Perfection: We set a high bar for our work and impact, but we don't get lost in endless polish for polish's sake. We focus on results that matter.
- Urgency, Not Chaos: We move fast because speed drives our advantage. We pair urgency with clarity to avoid noise and burnout.
- Systems, Not One-Offs: Every solution should eliminate the root cause so the problem never returns. Wins are good; scalable systems are better.
- Committed, Not Just Here: We show up engaged, proactive, and ready to go above and beyond. The outcomes you drive are what matter most.
- Crush Goals, Not Souls: We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. Be yourself, bring positivity, have fun, and laugh often.
Обязанности
- Organic channel ownership: Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit & more. You'll build the roadmap, expand our presence, own the calendar, write the copy, and post the content.
- Build the content engine: Blog posts, newsletters, case studies, social posts (video, static & written), Influencer content, white papers, patient stories & more. You'll manage how to produce content that is SEO-minded & valuable to patients at scale, and decide what’s built in-house or resourced.
- Community management: Directly engage and manage our brand sentiment across Facebook groups, Reddit threads, LinkedIn posts, ads etc. You’ll partner closely with patient experience to connect patients with the right members of our team.
- Tell the story: Work with leadership and the founders to sharpen how we communicate what we're building to our audiences: patients & caregivers, partner organizations, health plans and more.
- Go where you’re needed: Because this role is at the center of crafting our story, you’ll be a valuable collaborator for things like influencer & affiliate marketing, one-pagers, collateral, FAQs and comms.
- Measure and adjust: You’ll define what success looks like, and use data to measure it.
Требования
- Builder: You want to create a function and make decisions that matter. The blank page excites you.
- Native to the feed: You understand how these platforms actually work, and know how to leverage all the tools available to earn the right engagement.
- Clear & efficient writer: You’re a strong writer across a number of mediums, and you’re comfortable with fast turnarounds.
- Creator: You are excited about concepting, producing and publishing a high volume of content.
- AI-assisted: You understand the value of craft and human touch, and know how to leverage AI to improve your workflow and output.
- Thoughtful: You understand who our audience is and know how to meet them on their level. We are helping vulnerable people and their loved ones tackle serious challenges, not selling energy drinks.
- 3+ years in social, content, or brand marketing — agency or in-house, startup experience a plus.
- Writing samples or a portfolio of your work.
- Hands-on experience managing organic social media accounts.
- Excitement around joining an early-stage, high-growth and high-impact organization that's building something transformative.
