Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and end-user issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows, Windows Server, and IT infrastructure.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
- Support virtualization environments, including VMware, ESXi, and VirtualBox.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and support Cisco and MikroTik router configurations.
- Maintain system backups, antivirus updates, IT equipment inventory, and technical documentation.
- Configure printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals while ensuring reliable day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Knowledge of Windows, Windows Server, Linux, and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, virtualization technologies, and network configuration.
- Relevant IT certifications will be an advantage.
