We are looking for an experienced and pro-active Supervisor to oversee daily operations and manage staff effectively in Qatar.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff and manage daily operations.
- Handle staff grievances and resolve workplace issues.
- Monitor attendance, shifts, leave, and manpower allocation.
- Ensure staff discipline and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with HR, supervisors, and management.
- Prepare operational reports and ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations and staff management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle staff issues professionally and efficiently.
- Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred
