Develop and deploy AI-powered software as an AI Product Engineer, owning the full product lifecycle at .

Rebuild how the world works, to make institutions work better for the people they serve.
Brain Co. builds AI-native operating systems for large, regulated institutions. Each system is built for a specific industry, powered by agents that push real workflows forward. Underneath it all is Atlas, our proprietary platform that keeps customers in control, secure by design, and never locked into one model.

As an AI Product Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and leaders to design, build, and deploy AI-powered software that solves real-world problems. This is a highly hands-on role with ownership across the full product lifecycle, from understanding customer needs to shipping production-grade AI applications.
You’ll contribute directly to live projects used by governments, healthcare systems, and industrial partners, turning cutting-edge AI into reliable, scalable products.
Build & Ship Real Products : Design and develop AI-powered features across front-end, back-end, and data workflows. Prototype and ship internal tools and customer-facing applications using modern web technologies
Translate Problems into Products : Work with product managers and other engineers to turn customer problems into clear product requirements and integrate AI models into real-world software systems
Optimize & Improve : Improve the performance, reliability, and usability of deployed applications. Analyze data, evaluate AI outputs, and iterate based on real customer feedback
Make a Real Impact : Own work that modernizes government workflows, improves healthcare outcomes, or optimizes critical infrastructure. See your work deployed and used by real users—not just internal demos

Eligibility: Completing a bachelor’s degree in Spring 2027.
