Our clients don’t come to us for a billing tool, they come to grow subscription revenue.
This role exists to make that happen.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of 30-40 apps as the main point of contact, accountable for retention, health and growth.
Onboard new clients after handoff from Sales: integration, first funnel and paywall, campaigns live.
Close product adoption gaps, spot at-risk accounts early and act before renewal is in question.
Run paywall and UA analyses and bring concrete A/B test recommendations, not generic check-ins.
Unlock and close cross-sells across the product line, owning deals through to closed-won.
Be the voice of the customer inside the product team

Requirements

Hands-on experience with in-app subscriptions, not just adjacent to it.
Full-cycle mobile growth: UA → funnel → monetization → A/B testing.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Comfortable with sales: you open the commercial conversation, ask for the expansion and close it.
Independent and proactive — we don’t micromanage, you own your accounts and your numbers

Nice to have

SaaS in mobile, Amplitude and Meta Ads, measurable upsell in a previous CS role.
