We are seeking a commercially driven leader to build and scale the crypto business within an established fintech company, focused on P&L ownership and strategic growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the P&L and drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Build and scale strategic partnerships across crypto, payments, and fintech.
- Develop acquisition strategies and optimize unit economics.
- Build and lead a lean team across Growth, Business Development, and Operations.
- Align Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Compliance around business goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in fintech, crypto, payments, or banking.
- Proven track record of P&L ownership and business growth.
- Hands-on experience launching or scaling crypto or financial products.
- Strong partnership development and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of KYC/AML, MiCA, and crypto payment regulations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, and excellent English.
