- The role involves working from idea and design tasks to A/B testing and decision-making based on results.
Обязанности
- Setting tasks for design and development and supporting them until release.
- Maintaining the knowledge base: product backlog, content catalogs, and documentation in Notion.
- Product analytics: monitoring metrics and finding insights.
- Testing funnel hypotheses (conversion to paywall, trial, activation).
- Coordinating between UA, design, and development, preparing briefs and technical specifications.
Требования
- Understanding the hypothesis cycle: formulation → launch → result (metric growth or validated knowledge).
- Structured approach and attention to detail: ability to quantify tasks, maintain documentation, and keep context.
- Basic understanding of event analytics (events, funnels, conversions).
- English proficiency at A2+ level.
- 0.5–1.5 years experience in related roles: analyst, project manager, QA, marketer, product assistant.
- Experience with mobile applications is a plus.
