Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical expert in client deals as part of the sales team reporting to the CRO.
- Engage deeply with clients' UA teams to understand their channels, metrics, and buying processes.
- Own discovery and Value Validation using client data to demonstrate agent impact.
- Bridge communication between clients and product capabilities, accurately representing what the AI agent can and cannot do.
- Develop playbooks and training materials from recurring cases and objections.
Requirements
- Former Head of UA or senior media buyer with hands-on buying experience, not just management.
- Strong knowledge of channel mechanics and CMO-level metrics including account structure, creative testing, LTV, CAC, ROAS, and attribution.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and teach others.
- Experience in automating parts of media buying (AI-native).
- Strong English skills for client communication.
- Nice to have: managing ~$500K+/month budgets, presale or sales engineering experience in martech/adtech, and team leadership.
