- End-to-end recruitment
- Candidate sourcing and screening
- Interview coordination
- Client and candidate relationship management
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports
Requirements
- Experience: 0–3 Years
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
- Experience in IT, Non-IT, BFSI, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Volume Hiring is preferred
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and job portals is an advantage
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
