- Experience Range: with at least 5 years of experience in PEGA application development, including hands-on expertise in PEGA PRPC and workflow automation Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and develop enterprise PEGA applications following PEGA best practices to ensure robust and scalable solutions 2. Configure and optimize workflows, case management, and business rules within the PEGA platform 3. Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, MQ, and APIs 4. Conduct unit testing and support system integration and user acceptance testing activities 5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues to maintain system reliability 6. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and project managers to deliver end-to-end PEGA solutions 7. Maintain comprehensive application documentation and technical specifications 8. Ensure application performance, scalability, and adherence to security standards Required Skills: 1. Advanced proficiency in PEGA PRPC and PEGA Platform 2. Strong expertise in workflow automation and business process management (BPM) 3. Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations 4. Proficient in SQL and database concepts 5. Hands-on experience with MQ and Kafka for messaging and integration 6. Background processing and file listener configuration in PEGA 7. Familiarity with Postman for API testing 8. Experience with PEGA application troubleshooting and performance tuning Preferred Skills: 1. CSA or CSSA PEGA certification 2. Experi
