Entry-level procurement role coordinating purchasing and logistics for robotics organization, including order follow-up and shipment coordination.
О компании
- Our Robotics team is focused on unlocking general-purpose robotics and advancing toward AGI-level intelligence in dynamic, real-world environments. Working across the full model and systems stack, we integrate cutting-edge hardware and software to explore a broad range of robotic form factors. We strive to seamlessly blend high-level AI capabilities with the physical constraints of real-world systems to improve people’s lives.
- We’re looking for a Procurement Coordinator to support the day-to-day purchasing and logistics needs of our Robotics organization. You’ll follow up on orders, coordinate domestic and international shipments, work with suppliers and logistics providers, and keep the details organized from purchase request through delivery.
- This is an entry-level position for someone who is organized, curious, and eager to take ownership. You don’t need years of procurement experience, but you should be comfortable asking questions, learning quickly, and following through. When an email goes unanswered, you pick up the phone. When a delivery is at risk, you find out why, identify the next step, and keep the right people informed.
- You’ll also help improve how we work. We expect you to adopt AI tools and build practical automations that reduce repetitive tasks, improve visibility, and make the supply chain team more effective. This role offers an opportunity to build a foundation in procurement, logistics, and hardware operations.
- This role is based in San Francisco, CA and requires in-person presence 4 days a week and up to 10% travel to vendor sites.
