We're hiring a Salesforce Developer with a UI/UX focus to redesign the rep experience across our Sales and Revenue teams. - Month 3: UX audit complete and a prioritised roadmap agreed with Sales leadership.
- Month 6: First wave of redesigned pages and components live for a pilot group, with adoption and feedback baselined.
- Month 12: Redesigned experience rolled out to target teams, a maintained component library in place, and full documentation handed to the global team.

- Deep knowledge of Lightning Experience customisation: App Builder, Dynamic Forms, page layouts, console apps and Flows.
