Responsible for managing the top of the sales funnel for agency accounts in the U.S., focusing on high-velocity inbound and outbound prospecting related to AI search marketing platforms.
О компании
- is an agentic marketing platform built for the age of AI search. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews have transformed how people discover information. Brands now need to measure and optimise their visibility across all of the major AI search engines.
- We help companies grow their organic presence across SEO, AEO, and GEO through a fully agentic platform that identifies opportunities, recommends actions, and automates improvements with ’s AI agent. We’re at $5M ARR in just 10 months, backed by top angels and VCs, and building the team that will define the category.
- If you thrive in a startup culture where people put in hours because they love solving hard problems and taking radical ownership, you'll fit right in.
Обязанности
- We’re looking for an SDR to own the top of the funnel for agency accounts across the U.S. This is a high-velocity role. Inbound sign-ups need a reply in minutes, not days, and the outbound list is long. You’ll run more conversations in a week than most SDRs run in a month, and you’ll get good at telling within two questions which ones are worth a demo. You’ll be prospecting into a category that barely existed eighteen months ago. The agencies you talk to know AI search is changing how their clients get found. Their clients are already asking about it, and most agencies don’t yet have the answer or the tooling to deliver it. That’s the conversation. You’ll be one of our first SDRs in the U.S., with an SDR team already running in London. You’ll report to the Head of GTM and work day to day with our U.S. sales team, marketing and leadership.
- Own the top of the funnel for SEO, digital and marketing agencies, from first touch to booked demo
- Be the first response on every inbound sign-up and lead. Speed to lead is the job
- Run high-volume outbound across email, LinkedIn and phone, and get a response where others get ignored
- Build, test and refine sequences, and kill the ones that don’t convert
- Qualify fast and consistently, so the sales team only takes demos worth taking
- Partner with marketing on cohort campaigns, webinars, partner initiatives and ICP targeting
- Track your own numbers daily, spot what’s working and iterate
- Feed what you hear back into marketing and product. You’ll talk to more prospects than anyone else in the company
Требования
- We’re looking for someone who has done this before, and done it well.
- Proven track record as an SDR selling SaaS into agencies in the U.S.
- Strong understanding of how agencies buy software: with an eye on margin, client delivery and whether it helps them win and keep clients
- Comfortable with a high daily volume of calls and emails without the quality dropping
- Track record of hitting and exceeding meeting and pipeline targets
- Hands-on with a CRM, a sequencing platform and your own performance data
- Experience with a qualification framework (BANT or similar)
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
Условия
- Base salary $70k base/ $105k OTE
- Equity in the company
Другое
- You sell to pain, not features. You find what’s actually broken for a prospect and their clients, make them feel it, then position as the answer. You qualify out as hard as you qualify in. At this volume, time spent on the wrong lead is the most expensive mistake you can make. You know why an opportunity is worth pursuing, and you walk away when it isn’t. You build the playbook, not just run it. There’s no finished agency playbook for the U.S. yet. You’ll write parts of it as you go, and you’d rather do that than inherit someone else’s. You like a scoreboard. Daily numbers and weekly targets. High KPIs don’t intimidate you, they motivate you.
- Day 0: learn the tool and the sell, pair on inbound and outbound with the CEO and Head of GTM, and get your first sequence live in week one
- Day 14: you’re handling inbound on your own and running your own sequences
- Day 60: you’re booking demos the sales team wants to take, at a rate you can forecast
- Day 90: you’re booking [12] qualified demos a month and sourcing
