- About . American factories deserve a supply chain that moves as fast as they do. is building it, along with the tools that run it. - Part of your shift is leading: coaching your team, enforcing the standard, and passing a clean handoff to the next lead. The other part is hands on: you run the equipment and know every job on the floor. You start by learning every station in the building, and you report to the General Manager.
