О компании
- is a modern matchmaking company, from the creator of Hinge. We’re building a voice- and audio-forward service, enabled by AI, grounded in relationship science. There’s no profiles or swiping. We get to know people in their own voice, then make thoughtful introductions, one at a time, to people we think are worth meeting. The service is in beta-testing and not yet open to the public. We’re building a small team of people passionate about relationships and human connection, to work together in person in our NYC office (5 days a week in Flatiron).
Обязанности
- You'll own the relationship between and the people who use it. When we launch, members will have questions, run into bugs, report each other, and sometimes appeal decisions about their accounts. You'll run that work end to end. The role sits within the Legal & Risk team, because enforcement decisions and member trust are intertwined and some of this work touches obligations with legal deadlines.
Требования
- We're hiring for operational discipline and good writing, not a background in law or policy.
