- We’re on the hunt for a versatile, modern Integrated Producer who lives and breathes social-first content creation, asset remixing, and digital post-production workflows. Sitting at the active intersection of Creative, Account, Project Management, Strategy, and Media, you will turn social concepts and influencer-led content into culturally relevant, high-performing campaign assets. This is a full-time role based in Sydney, reporting directly to the Project Director.
- Drive end-to-end integrated post-production: Lead campaign asset creation from initial brief, estimating, and scheduling through to post-production, asset remixing, visual effects, and final delivery.

- Manage external creative & partner networks: Build and cultivate strong relationships with motion designers, editors, sound designers, and post-production partners across the Australian market.
- Think “lab” and not “agency”. We get excited about solving business problems, not creating advertising for the sake of making advertising. Our entrepreneurship DNA runs deep. We’re willing to break rules, try new things, and test hypotheses if it means better understanding our craft. It’s fun!
- Our environment (and pace) feels much more like a start-up than most agencies you might be used to. Hopefully that, and the opportunity to collaborate with the talented and enthusiastic crew, work with big brands excites you, as it does us. We can’t wait to meet you.
