We are seeking a data-driven , highly organized Marketplace Operations & Experimentation Specialist to join our Marketplace team and report to the Product Manager for Marketplace. This role presents an exciting opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within a growing team, with abundant prospects for career advancement.
The Marketplace is where shoppers discover stores, products, and deals inside the app. Our team runs a lot of features, and there's almost always something being tested. You'll be the person who knows what's live, who it's live for, and how it's performing.
This is an operations role with a strong product and data lens. You'll launch and track A/B tests, keep an eye on our shopping partners, and turn results into clear recommendations on what we do next. You'll work closely with product, engineering, data, design, and partnerships. If you like running a lot of experiments at once and keeping every one of them organized, this role is for you.

Требования

You have relentlessly high standards - many people may think your standards are unreasonably high. You are continually raising the bar and driving those around you to deliver great results. You make sure that defects do not get sent down the line and that problems are fixed so they stay fixed.
You’re not bound by convention - your success—and much of the fun—lies in developing new ways to do things
You need action - speed matters in business. Many decisions and actions are reversible and do not need extensive study. We value calculated risk-taking.
You earn trust - you listen attentively, speak candidly, and treat others respectfully.
You have backbone; disagree, then commit - you can respectfully challenge decisions when you disagree, even when doing so is uncomfortable or exhausting. You have conviction and are tenacious. You do not compromise for the sake of social cohesion. Once a decision is determined, you commit wholly.
You deliver results - you focus on the key inputs and deliver them with the right quality and in a timely fashion. Despite setbacks, you rise to the occasion and never settle.

Create and manage placements, promotions, coupons, and offers across the app.
Set up and manage cashback programs in our internal admin tools.
Onboard new online stores into the marketplace and activate their store domains, so more stores are shoppable in the app.
Keep a clear map of which user and merchant segments see which features, placements, and offers.
Run regular QA audits, work through user-reported issues and broken links, and set up alerts so problems get caught before users notice.
Benchmark our shopping experience against competitors and bring new ideas for placements, deals, and offers that get more users shopping.
Document test plans, results, and processes, and find parts of the workflow that can be automated with AI.
