Responsibilities
- Research social media trends across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.). Find trending formats, hooks, storytelling styles, viral mechanics, and competitor content.
- Generate content ideas daily. Adjust them for our brand and target audience.
- Develop detailed video scripts, so that our reelsmakers and our video editors can turn your ideas into reality (film, edit videos).
- Provide clear creative instructions to Reels Makers and Video Editors, to ensure your ideas are accurately brought to life
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year in social media, marketing, content creation (Tiktok or Instagram)
- Russian B2+, English B2+
- You love content, social media
- You can deconstruct a viral video and understand what makes it good
- You are responsible
- NOT required, but a huge plus: experience with mobile apps
