Looking for a Community Manager in international trading company to help build and grow its Arabic speaking community, working remotely with day shifts on a 2/2 schedule.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with users in Arabic and English across Telegram, Facebook, Discord, and WhatsApp.
- Provide first-line user support and moderate chats.
- Create engaging content and organize online activities.
- Monitor community feedback and sentiment.
- Work closely with Product and Support teams to resolve user issues.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Community Management, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Fluent written Arabic and English or Russian (B2+).
- Confident use of Telegram, Facebook, Discord, and WhatsApp.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly approach.
- Willingness to learn the basics of trading and financial markets.
- Experience in FinTech, trading, iGaming, or crypto is a plus, but not required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Arabic-speaking or international communities.
- Content creation skills.
- Experience hosting live online sessions.
- Understanding of Arabic-speaking cultures.
Conditions
- Fully remote work.
- Day shifts: 09:00-21:00 Cyprus time, 2/2 schedule.
