Responsibilities
- Build and execute the marketing strategy
- Drive user retention and re-engagement
- Attract new users globally through paid social, KOLs and partnerships
- Run our social media to grow and engage the audience
- Lead the launch of new products and features
Requirements
- 3+ years in growth and retention marketing in fintech or crypto
- Track record of scaling user growth
- Proven experience improving user retention
- Hands-on experience across paid social, KOLs and partnerships
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup
Nice to have
- Experience as a solo or first marketer at a startup
- Advanced use of AI tools to scale content, campaigns and analytics
- Experience running campaigns across multiple markets
