What You'll Do As a BCBA, you'll play a key role in supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities while partnering with families and multidisciplinary teams to create meaningful outcomes. Responsibilities may include: • Conducting behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs) • Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans • Providing caregiver training and ongoing family support • Supervising and mentoring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) • Collaborating with families, providers, and interdisciplinary care teams • Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans based on data • Maintaining timely, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant clinica
• Must be at least 18 years of age to meet regulatory, background check, and BACB eligibility requirements for behavioral healthcare providers
