Working closely with customers and internal Support, Product, QA, and Engineering teams, you will turn real-world technical findings into practical solutions and help improve the product's quality and performance.
- Own the technical investigation and resolution of complex production challenges in large-scale backend environments
- Modify and enhance large-scale codebase features across Java, Node.js, TypeScript, and React architectures
- Direct enterprise issue resolution by translating real-world customer findings into long-term product and system fixes
- Optimize API interactions, data processing routines, and server-side performance across distributed architectures
- Collaborate with global Support, QA, Product, and Engineering teams to refine the endpoint security product roadmap
- Utilize advanced debugging, log analysis, and profiling tools to execute root-cause investigations under tight operational constraints
Другое
- The backend relies on Java, Node.js, and TypeScript, delivering scalable microservices and APIs over Unix environments. The frontend is built on React, providing a modular architecture for enterprise management interfaces. Everything is version-controlled via Git and deployed through automated CI/CD pipelines, supported by comprehensive log analysis and performance profiling tools to maintain strict system health.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent training in software development
- 1–2 years of experience with Java, Node.js, TypeScript, and React , including the ability to navigate and modify a large-scale codebase
- Experience working with Unix environments and Bash
- Strong understanding of server-side systems, distributed architectures, APIs, and database interactions
- Hands-on experience with debugging tools, log analysis, performance profiling, and root-cause investigation
- Familiarity with endpoint security concepts, network security fundamentals, and enterprise IT environments
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control using Git, and Agile development practices
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical, analytical approach to investigating complex technical issues
- Ability to explain technical details clearly to customers and internal teams
- A customer-focused mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency when resolving issues affecting production environments
- Ability to move effectively between quick bug fixes and longer, in-depth technical investigations
- A collaborative approach to working with Support, QA, Product, and Engineering teams, while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Contribute to security technology used by organizations around the world
- Combine hands-on software engineering with challenging investigations into real production issues
- Gain exposure to large-scale backend infrastructure, enterprise environments, and practical cybersecurity challenges
- Work closely with international teams across Engineering, Product, QA, and Support
- Help improve product reliability and influence technical decisions by turning complex problems into lasting solutions
