Responsibilities
- End-to-end creation of high-quality 2D and 3D animations tailored to specific project goals and brand standards.
- Design and prepare optimized static assets specifically tailored for animation workflows.
- Develop style frames, storyboards, and look-dev treatments to help define visual direction for complex projects.
- Interpret creative briefs and strictly apply brand style guides while maintaining creative integrity.
- Build flexible animation templates and design systems scalable for multiple languages and varied aspect ratios.
- Champion a collaborative, positive, and inclusive creative environment; mentor team members.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in the motion design field.
- Advanced mastery of After Effects and 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender or Maya, including rendering (Octane, Redshift), texturing, and lighting.
- Strong foundation in graphic design, layout, composition, color theory, and typography using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Ability to create storyboards, style frames, and visual look-dev treatments to define campaign directions.
- Experience in color correction, VFX and post production.
- Experience setting up scalable project files, modular templates, and typography systems for multi-language global releases.
- Deep understanding of game dev marketing formats and visual consistency across gaming franchises.
- Ability to manage time across fast-paced production cycles with quality and technical precision.
Nice to have
- Experience with Substance 3D Painter & ZBrush for custom texturing and high-to-low poly workflows to enhance game assets.
