- A state-of-the-art complex of luxurious villas in Nusa Dua, featuring first-class hotel infrastructure and international service standards, located on the pristine coast
Responsibilities
- Responsible not just for the GOP of individual hotels, but for the P&L of the management company itself
- Building the corporate structure: finance, commercial, sales, marketing, HR, procurement, IT, legal
- You know how to work with property owners and investors: budgets, monthly reporting, explanations of variances, distributions, owner meetings
- You are familiar with HMA, franchise/brand agreements, operator agreements, rental pool structures
- You know how to launch new properties while maintaining the operating performance of existing ones
- You have actually participated in brand development, positioning, standards, website/direct booking strategy, distribution
- You understand financing, CAPEX/OPEX, cash flow, break‑even point, management fees, and the economics of a management company
- Able to communicate with lawyers, financiers, investors, and developers at the same level
Requirements
- Experience working in prestigious international luxury hotel chains is desirable, such as: Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons, Aman, Ritz‑Carlton, Hilton, InterContinental, Marriott, or similar luxury hotel chains
- Spoken Russian and English
