- About . American factories deserve a supply chain that moves as fast as they do. is building it, along with the tools that run it. We use software and automation to supply metal to American factories faster than the industry thought possible.
- The role. We're hiring Production Supervisors to run our floors in Detroit. Every order Nox ships starts on the floor, and you will own your shift: safety, quality, and output. - Part of your shift is leading: coaching your team, enforcing the standard, and passing a clean handoff to the next lead. The other part is hands on: you run the equipment and know every job on the floor. You start by learning every station in the building, and you report to the General Manager.
- If you've led a crew in a factory, a metals service center, or a skilled trade, this is your next step.
