- As a Technical Recruiter, you will partner with our Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) team to bring extraordinary technical talent to . You will be a unifier, a culture ambassador, and a trusted partner to your hiring teams and candidates. As a Talent team member, you’ll have a profound impact as we grow the organization.
- Partner strategically with Engineering teams to define talent needs, hiring plans, and sourcing strategies
- Own full-cycle recruiting from initial sourcing and screening through candidate closing
- Integrate AI-powered sourcing platforms (e.g., Juicebox) and workflows to accelerate candidate research, outreach, and insights
- Build domain knowledge across software engineering disciplines to effectively assess technical talent
- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences while navigating equity conversations and startup growth dynamics
- Track recruiting metrics, funnel performance, and market intelligence to guide hiring decisions What You'll Bring:
- Technical recruiting track record: 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier engineering talent
- AI fluency: Hands-on experience using AI-powered sourcing platforms (Juicebox, SeekOut, or equivalent) and AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to draft outreach, summarize candidate profiles, conduct market research, and streamline recruiting workflows
- Full-cycle ownership: A successful track record sourcing and closing technical roles from entry-level to director across a range of engineering disciplines
- Candidate experience: The ability to build genuine, positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners across cultures and time zones
- Recruiting stack expertise: Experience with Ashby, Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, Metaview and curated platforms such as AngelList — and an eagerness to evaluate and adopt new tools
- JD & interview design: Ability to craft compelling job descriptions and structured interview guides in partnership with hiring managers
- Equity fluency: A strong understanding of equity for venture-backed companies, with the ability to articulate its value clearly to candidates
- Startup DNA: Previous experience at a startup or high-growth environment; you thrive with ambiguity and can take charge without a playbook
- Data-driven mindset: Highly organized, metrics-focused, and comfortable building and presenting recruiting dashboards and pipeline reports
- Communication excellence: Phenomenal written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage respectfully and effectively with candidates from many different countries and backgrounds
- Influence & partnership: Proven ability to advise and push back on hiring managers, shape stakeholder decisions, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
