Manage the onboarding and implementation process for new SaaS customers, ensuring successful adoption within the first 45 days.

Construction is a multi-trillion-dollar industry that still estimates by hand. Contractors measure and count materials off drawings manually, and it caps how many jobs they can bid. uses computer vision and NLP to automate takeoffs and estimates, so contractors bid faster and win more. We raised a $35M Series A led by 8VC, with Primary and Pear, and we're growing fast.

You own the first 45 days of every new customer, from signed contract to a live, trained, adopting account. Launch quality can't depend on whichever CSM picks it up, so this role runs one repeatable process. You win when customers launch fast and the CSM who inherits the account never has to ask what happened. This seat is remote in the UK, works UK hours alongside our San Francisco team, and supports our largest customers in the region.
