This project will help improve how AI delivers accurate, reliable, and context‑aware responses for the Brazilian market. We are seeking Brazilian Portuguese Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Literature & linguistics to create high‑quality, expert‑level question‑and‑answer content . This role goes beyond basic data labeling and requires deep domain knowledge, critical thinking, and strong writing skills to test advanced reasoning and contextual understanding in Brazilian Portuguese. Suitable backgrounds may include l inguists & philologists: academics or researchers specializing in sociolinguistics, historical linguistics, or syntax, particularly with a focus on Brazilian Portuguese dialects and evolution; l iterary scholars & critics: PhDs or senior researchers in Comparative Literature, Brazilian Literature, or Literary Theory with experience in deep textual analysis and criticism; p rofessional editors & lexicographers: senior editors from major publishing houses or experts involved in dictionary compilation and language standardization; t ranslators & Localizers: senior literary translators or localization experts who specialize in adapting complex creative works between English and Brazilian Portuguese; c reative writers & poets: Published authors or long-form writers with a deep c

- Develop advanced, open-ended questions grounded in realistic, real-world scenarios related to linguistic ambiguity, dialectal variations, literary interpretation, and the evolution of the Portuguese language
- Provide in-depth, accurate, and well-structured answers supported by strong domain knowledge
- Incorporate Brazil-specific cultural, social, and regulatory context where relevant
- Design content that requires critical thinking, nuance, and multi-step reasoning
- Ensure clarity, precision, and consistently high writing quality in Brazilian Portuguese
- Follow detailed project guidelines and meet agreed timelines and quality standards

- Native or fluent proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR)
- PhD in a relevant field (required)
- 5–10+ years of professional experience in a relevant field
- Demonstrated expertise through academic background and/or industry experience
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, structured manner
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality output in a guideline-driven environment
- Experience with content creation, research, education, or knowledge evaluation
- Familiarity with AI training, data annotation, or evaluation projects
- Background in interdisciplinary work (e.g. cultural studies, history, sociolinguistics, discourse analysis, philosophy of language)
