О компании
- We’re a team of builders, adventurers, and risk takers using technology to help people confidently explore the outdoors. Driven by our mission to awaken the adventurer inside everyone, we build products that optimize every outdoor experience and inspire confidence to get out and go further.
- We’re a high-growth tech company. The pace is fast, the work takes grit, and ambiguity is part of the job. As the world changes around us, we adapt - continuously evolving how we build, prioritize, and deliver.
- Our business moves quickly, and there’s real opportunity to shape what we build next. Each of our verticals - Hunt, Offroad, Backcountry, and Fish - is at a different stage of maturity, which means the challenges you encounter and the impact you have will vary depending on where you sit and what the business needs most.
- We operate with an experimentation mindset, continually iterating and improving how we solve problems. We expect our people to use the latest tooling, including AI, thoughtfully and responsibly, pairing human judgment with technology to increase quality, speed, and impact.
- Our impact comes to life through the products we build, in the stories of our customers, and in our growing commitment to land stewardship and recreational access.
- onX is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Partnerships to own the lifecycle strategy and experience for users who come to onX through our partners. Partnerships are a growing channel for onX, with automotive partners Ford and Toyota as the primary focus today and opportunities to expand into additional partner categories over time.
- This is a build opportunity within our Growth Lifecycle Marketing team. Partner-sourced users arrive with different context, intent, trial experiences, and expectations than users who discover onX on their own. You’ll use customer behavior and performance data to develop the lifecycle strategy and roadmap for these audiences, then bring that strategy to life across activation, onboarding, engagement, and conversion.
- This role works across all four onX verticals and a broad set of cross-functional partners, including Partnerships, vertical marketing teams, Growth Product, creative, and analytics. You’ll start by building on our automotive foundation, using customer insights and experimentation to strengthen the partner lifecycle experience, then turn what works into scalable approaches for new partners and categories as our partnership ecosystem grows.
- This role reports to the Director of Growth Lifecycle Marketing.
- Our Growth Lifecycle Marketing team operates with a high degree of end-to-end ownership. We use customer behavior and data to identify opportunities, develop strategies, build and launch lifecycle experiences, measure performance, and turn what we learn into the next experiment. Rather than routinely handing work from one function to another, our lifecycle marketers have the tools and autonomy to move work forward themselves while partnering with teams across onX where their expertise is needed.
- We move quickly, experiment often, and stay close to both the customer experience and the results of our work. That means being strategic and hands-on aren't separate parts of the job—they go together.
Требования
- Seven (7) or more years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing, ideally within consumer subscription or mobile app businesses.
- Deep lifecycle marketing experience across activation, onboarding, engagement, conversion, and retention, with demonstrated end-to-end ownership—from using customer insights to shape strategy and priorities through building, launching, measuring, and optimizing programs.
- Experience managing lifecycle marketing programs across multiple products or business lines, adapting strategies to different customer needs and business priorities.
- Strong analytical fluency, with the ability to independently explore customer behavior and performance data using Amplitude or similar product analytics tools and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- A strong experimentation and measurement mindset, with experience developing hypotheses, designing A/B and holdout tests, interpreting results, and using learnings to determine what comes next.
- Proficiency with Braze or a comparable lifecycle marketing platform, including building automated, behavior-based journeys, segmentation, personalization, and triggering logic.
- Strong AI fluency, with the ability to use AI effectively across your workflow, build repeatable AI-enabled ways of working, and apply sound judgment to improve the speed, quality, and scale of your work.
- Demonstrated success in complex, cross-functional environments, building alignment across teams with different goals and perspectives while keeping work moving.
- Strong organization and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent workstreams with a high degree of ownership.
- A shared passion for and ability to demonstrate onX’s Company Values.
- Permanent US work authorization is a condition of employment with onX.
- Ability to travel up to quarterly for multiple days to a corporate office or other onX strategic location, such as a Basecamp.
