Work closely with Engineering to define and enhance connectivity capabilities across order entry, market data, FIX/REST/WebSocket APIs, security master, rate limits, resiliency and performance.
Ensure connectivity supports workflows, including liquidity aggregation, smart order routing, algorithms and other EMS capabilities.

5+ years of experience in electronic trading, capital markets technology or institutional digital assets, ideally in product management, trading technology or connectivity.

Demonstrated ability to organize and drive multiple complex technical projects concurrently, with strong attention to detail, follow-through and ownership.
Experience with exchange, broker, dealer or liquidity-provider connectivity.

Good understanding of trading concepts such as order type, liquidity aggregation, smart order routing, rate limits and execution algorithms.
Comfortable using SQL for investigation and analysis; scripting experience such as Python is a plus.
