О компании

Wealth management is a $545 billion industry that still runs on manual work. 75% of advisors offer no digital communication beyond email, and most still build financial plans by hand in Excel. is reinventing what it looks like to be a financial advisor. Founder Ritik Malhotra saw the fragmentation firsthand after seeking out his own advisor, and started to give independent advisors a modern, AI-native home.
is a registered investment advisor (RIA), and we partner with experienced financial advisors who want to grow without running the back office themselves. Advisors bring their book and join , running under their own brand (or ours), and earns a percentage of the assets they manage. In return, they get a true business-in-a-box: a proprietary tech platform and client portal, an in-house marketing team that helps them grow, a world-class investment management team, and a dedicated client services team that runs day-to-day operations and support. Advisors at service up to 50% more households and save 19 hours a week.
AI runs through everything we do. On the product side, Intelligence (released April 2026) is the only AI built for wealth managers that can see a client's complete financial picture. Internally, everyone at uses Claude and is encouraged to experiment with it, backed by a dedicated AI enablement team and a RevOps org building agents in-house.
The trajectory is steep and it's still early. We're a Series C company with 170+ people, $200M raised, and $100M ARR in sight this year. Inc. ranked us the No. 1 fastest-growing financial services company in America in 2026. Come build the next stage with us!

is hiring an AI Strategy & Ops Manager to join our Platform Services team. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who wants to learn how a fast-growing company runs, and help build how it scales.
You’ll report to our Sr. AI Strategy & Ops Manager and help own the operating rhythm and planning that keep Platform Services on track. You’ll also lead projects across the business. This role is heavy on execution: you’ll use data, AI tools and good judgment to find ways to work more efficiently and turn them into results. One week you might be running quarterly planning, the next you might be building a capacity model, and the next you might be redesigning a workflow for our Advisor Success team.
This role offers broad exposure to operations, client servicing, finance and product. If you’re successful, you’ll have helped grow capacity through smart systems and automation rather than headcount alone.
Operating Rhythm & Planning Run the Platform Services operating rhythm: weekly reviews, KR tracking, quarterly and annual planning, and follow-through on action items.
Own planning logistics end to end, including headcount templates, capacity models, KR tracking and keeping planning docs on schedule.
Draft and maintain internal docs, meeting materials and updates to keep teams aligned.
Projects & Advisor Success Support Lead projects end to end: scoping, stakeholder alignment, execution and iteration, with support and guidance from the Senior AI Strategy & Ops Manager.
Partner with Advisor Success leaders to improve workflows, SOPs, documentation and enablement for frontline teams.
Break down ambiguous problems into clear workstreams, timelines and owners.
Process Improvement & Automation Work AI-first: find manual, repetitive work and partner with Ops and Engineering to automate or simplify it before adding headcount.
Track adoption of new tools and processes, and use feedback loops to keep improving them.
Data & Analysis Build analyses and simple models (capacity, workload, ROI) to inform prioritization and resourcing decisions.
Maintain core metrics and reporting so teams can track progress and spot risks early.
