We're hiring a Senior ML / AI Engineer to own AI features from concept to production in a high-load environment (50k RPS, 450M users) at an office in Limassol, Cyprus.
Responsibilities
- Own AI features from concept to production in a high-load environment (50k RPS, 450M users).
- Work with LLMs and train purpose-built models for real-time applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers to deliver impactful solutions.
- Evaluate model performance and adapt approaches based on real-world data.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on production work in ML/AI.
- Proven experience with LLMs: context engineering, tool use, and model adaptation.
- Strong skills in training custom models on messy production data.
- Proficiency in Python and PyTorch, with a solid understanding of production engineering practices.
- Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
Nice to have
- Experience with real-time processing for video/audio.
- Familiarity with recommendation systems and online experimentation.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, GCP, and machine learning infrastructure.
