Responsibilities
- Own a conversational AI product across discovery, delivery, and scaling.
- Help patients navigate appointments, payments, and care through voice and chat agents connected to real healthcare workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management.
- 2+ years shipping AI/ML products.
- Hands-on ownership of customer-facing AI agents from launch through ongoing improvement.
