AsyncFlow is a product team developing web applications with React and TypeScript, working fully remote and asynchronously. They are looking for frontend developers from junior to middle level who want to grow and write clean code.

Develop web applications using React + TypeScript.
Fully remote work, asynchronous, no standups for the sake of standups.

Обязанности

Development of interfaces using React 18+ with TypeScript
Mobile-first adaptive layout (from 320px to large screens)
State management using Zustand / Redux Toolkit
Integration with REST API via fetch / axios
Participate in code review, optimize renders
Basic participation in frontend deployment (Vite, CI/CD)

Требования

JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS
React: functional components, hooks, context
TypeScript: basic understanding of types and interfaces
Understanding of DOM and browser event model
Git: branches, pull requests
Adaptive layout and understanding of REST API

Будет плюсом

Next.js (SSR, SSG)
Vite, ESLint, Prettier
Basic SQL, PostgreSQL
Linux / Nginx
Testing (Jest / React Testing Library)
Experience with monorepos (Nx, Turborepo)

Условия

From 90 000 ₽/month, exact sum negotiated after interview
Contract through IP (individual entrepreneur): service agreement, payment monthly to bank account
Help with IP registration and necessary documents if none
100% remote, flexible schedule, results matter more than hours
Mentorship and code review on every PR
Clear growth track junior middle senior
Work made in conjunction with competent backend on Node.js
