We are looking for an active and detailed-oriented Junior Lawyer to join our team in Cyprus, reporting to the Head of Legal and working on commercial agreements and legal support in FinTech, High-Risk and iGaming sectors.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (office leases, vendors, referral programs).
- Work with PSPs, acquiring banks, and merchants in FinTech & High-Risk contexts.
- Keep track of renewals, amendments, key obligations, and signatures for contract lifecycle.
- Communicate legal risks clearly to Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Operations.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of legal experience (Contract Law focus).
- Good knowledge/understanding of English Law.
- English B2+ (fluent legal drafting and correspondence).
- Experience in FinTech / Banking / iGaming / High-Risk is a big plus.
- Ability to assess contract risks and offer practical solutions.
- Based in Cyprus
