- Experience Range: With at least 15 years of experience in delivery and program management, including significant leadership of complex, cross-functional projects in technology-driven environments Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs and projects, ensuring achievement of scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and measurable business outcomes 2. Develop and execute comprehensive delivery plans, setting clear milestones, dependencies, resource allocation, and success criteria 3. Establish and maintain delivery governance, reporting frameworks, escalation mechanisms, and operating rhythms for cross-functional teams 4. Drive revenue forecasting, SOW creation, scope tracking, and P&L management to consistently meet financial targets and business objectives 5. Facilitate project planning, status reviews, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings to ensure transparent progress and proactive issue resolution 6. Identify delivery risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve blockers to maintain project health and predictability 7. Manage dependencies across multiple teams, projects, and third-party partners, fostering seamless collaboration and timely decision-making 8.
